Yoga Series


A skilled yoga instructor from House of Bliss Yoga will come directly to your workplace to guide an accessible, all-levels yoga experience designed to support stress relief, mobility, nervous system regulation, and overall wellbeing. Each session is thoughtfully tailored to the unique needs of your team and welcomes all experience levels, body types, and abilities — including those completely new to yoga. Before opening House of Bliss Yoga, I spent over two decades working in corporate environments as a designer, strategist, and creative leader supporting large organizations and cross-functional teams. I understand firsthand the pace, pressure, and constant demands many employees and leaders are navigating every day.

What I’ve seen — both personally and professionally — is that people thrive when they feel supported, connected, valued, and given space to breathe. Workplace wellbeing is not just about productivity or performance; it’s about creating environments where people can function more sustainably, communicate more effectively, and show up more fully in both their work and lives.

Through yoga, mindfulness, somatics, meditation, and nervous system-informed wellness practices, I believe organizations have an opportunity to create healthier workplace cultures that benefit both the individual and the larger team.

The strongest workplaces are not built solely on output — they are built on relationships, trust, resilience, and people who feel cared for as human beings.
