Sacred Women’s Circle




Gather in community with women for evenings of reflection, connection, healing, and authentic conversation. Through guided discussion, ritual, meditation, journaling, somatic practices, and shared experience, we create space to reconnect with ourselves, honor the wisdom of the feminine, and remember we were never meant to do life alone.


Teacher Training


Rooted in the wisdom of yoga, Ayurveda, and modern embodiment practices, this training explores the connection between body, mind, nervous system, and daily life. You’ll learn practical tools to cultivate greater balance, self-awareness, resilience, and wellbeing — both for yourself and those you may one day guide.


Somatic Embodiment




Explore the wisdom of the body through women’s somatic work designed to support healing, nervous system regulation, embodiment, emotional expression, and deeper self-connection. Through movement, breath, mindfulness, and guided practices, you’ll learn to listen more deeply to yourself and reconnect with the authentic intelligence within.


Astrology Immersion


Each entitiy has a blueprint established at the time of birth. All the answers to your questions are held within. Reading your blueprint requires the native to learn the language of the stars.


Workplace Wellbeing


Build a culture of workplace wellbeing. House of Bliss Yoga partners with organizations throughout Greater Cincinnati to create customized yoga, meditation, mindfulness, and wellness experiences designed to support healthier, more connected, and resilient teams.
