About House of Bliss Yoga

Welcome to House of Bliss where you will find an experience of yoga well beyond the norm. We focus on an approachable and a spiritual yoga practice.

Our Story

Welcome to House of Bliss Yoga — a sanctuary for movement, healing, connection, and coming home to yourself.

Originally founded as Elemental OM by Pamela Quinn, this space has been serving the Greater Cincinnati community since 2007. Through years of growth, transformation, and change, the heart of the practice has remained the same: creating a welcoming space where people can reconnect to themselves through yoga, presence, and community.

Today, under the guidance of Sevika Radecki and the House of Bliss team, the studio continues to evolve while honoring the foundation Pamela built. We are deeply grateful for the roots she planted and the community she nurtured over the years.

House of Bliss is located inside the oldest church building in Warren County, built in 1837 — a space filled with history, warmth, and unmistakable presence. Many students tell us they feel it the moment they walk through the doors: a deep breath, a softening, a sense of relief from the pace of everyday life.

Our approach to yoga is grounded, accessible, and deeply human.

We are not a power yoga studio focused on performance or aesthetics. Instead, we focus on nervous system support, mobility, mindfulness, strength, healing, embodiment, and aging gracefully. Our classes are designed to meet real people living real lives — many navigating stress, transitions, injuries, burnout, grief, or simply the desire to feel more connected to themselves again.

While yoga remains at the heart of what we offer, House of Bliss has expanded into a broader vision of wellness and community. Alongside weekly classes, you’ll find somatic workshops, women’s circles, sound baths, meditation, live music, seasonal gatherings, and experiences designed to nourish both body and soul.

Most importantly, this is a community-centered space.

We will learn your name. We will notice when you’ve been away. We will celebrate your growth and hold space for your challenges. Whether you are brand new to yoga or have practiced for decades, you are welcome here exactly as you are.

Our students come from all walks of life, though many are over 40 and seeking a more supportive, sustainable, and meaningful relationship with wellness. The atmosphere here is warm, inclusive, and intentionally non-intimidating.

At House of Bliss, we believe healing happens in community.
We believe slowing down is sacred.
We believe the body holds wisdom.
And we believe wellness can be both grounding and deeply transformational.

We’re so glad you found us.

With love,
Sevika & the House of Bliss Team

Restorative & Yin Yoga

Looking for a class truly healing to the immune & nervous systems? Restorative & Yin Yoga classes have a unique format.

Most poses are taken lying down on your back and the classes require little physical exertion. Gentle and intended to provide a soft release. You will feel very relaxed afterwards.

Hatha Yoga

Looking for a more traditional yoga class? Gentle Hatha Yoga and Hatha Yoga classes begin with centering your mind using stillness and breath.

A gentle warm up follows with poses lying down, seated, on hands and knees and standing. You will receive a good stretch and experience mild physical exertion.

The difference between Gentle Hatha Yoga and Hatha Yoga is simply the approach to entering a pose and the elimination of push ups and poses requiring strong exertion.

Vinyasa Flow

Vinyasa Flow is a form of Hatha Yoga linking movement to breath.

Most clases begin in a seating or supine position followed by a gentle warm up. Sun Salutations are used to heat the body and are followed by intelligently sequenced poses. The class becomes a dance of breath and movement. At HOB, our Vinyasa Flow is not advanced.
