Sevika Radecki guiding an embodied yoga practice

Deepening Your Practice

A three-part immersive series designed to help you better understand your body, refine your practice, and experience yoga from the inside out. Led by Sevika Radecki.

Come deepen your understanding, strengthen your connection to your body, and experience your practice from the inside out.

Join Sevika Radecki this fall for a three-part series of yoga workshops in Mason, Ohio, exploring anatomy, somatics, breath, and embodied awareness. Each two-hour workshop focuses on a different area of the body, combining education and mindful practice to help you move with greater confidence, awareness, and ease.

Together, we’ll explore not only how the body moves, but how our patterns of posture, effort, tension, and protection shape the way we experience our practice.

Come for one workshop or join us for the complete three-part journey.

Perfect for curious students, newer practitioners, longtime yogis seeking greater depth, yoga teachers and future teachers, and anyone longing for a more embodied understanding of movement.

No advanced experience or flexibility required.

Feet, Legs & Balance

Explore the foundation of your practice from the ground up. We’ll bring greater awareness to the feet and legs, discover how they support balance and stability, and explore ways to move with greater confidence and connection.

Through anatomy education, mindful movement, somatic exploration, and balance practices, you’ll learn how small changes at your foundation can influence the entire body.
