The Meditation Foundations series
Four workshops, one at a time or all together
Each workshop explores a unique aspect of meditation and may be attended individually or as part of the complete four-part journey. Choose the topics that speak to you, or experience all four to build a strong foundation for a lifelong practice.
You do not need to sit on the floor. Chairs, bolsters, blankets, cushions, and other supportive props are available.
A welcoming place to begin — or to return to a practice you’d set aside.
Every session begins with gentle movement and breathwork to release tension, settle the body, and prepare the nervous system for meditation. From there, you’ll explore practical techniques, enjoy a guided meditation, and have time for questions, discussion, and personal reflection.
Whether you’re completely new to meditation or looking to refresh your practice, you’ll find a welcoming environment to learn at your own pace and leave with tools that support your everyday life. No previous meditation or yoga experience is necessary.
Limited to five participants
Unlike a drop-in meditation class, these workshops are intentionally small to allow time for personal guidance, discussion, and individualized support.
Meditation Foundations may be a good fit for you if:
No previous yoga or meditation experience is required.

September
A wandering mind is part of being human.
Discover how mantra and focused attention gently quiet mental chatter while strengthening concentration and inner steadiness, through traditional meditation practices that cultivate a calm, centered mind.
October
Meditation isn’t about stopping your thoughts — it’s about changing your relationship with them.
This workshop offers practical tools for meeting thoughts, emotions, and distractions with greater awareness and compassion, and explores how mindfulness creates more space, resilience, and ease in daily life.
