Below is a process I go through every year to release the past year and freely move into the next.  The 5 Sutras for the Aquarian Age were given to m to help us navigate as we shift out of the Age of Pisces and into the Age of Aquarius.  This shift began on 12/21/12 and will last 30 years.  It is a time of intense change, pressure, and chaos.  The Sutras will keep you grounded.  We can use these sutras universally to maintain hope and positivity.  We can use them personally to evolve through compassion.  Sit down in a quiet space for about an hour and work through the following contemplation.

Sutra 1:  There is a way through every block.

  1. What blocks were you experiencing pre pandemic and now?
  2. Did you suffer from a habit, belief, or thought that held you back? Have new habits, beliefs, or thoughts arose based on the times?
  3. In hindsight, what could you do different? Are you still suffering from that block? Is there a pattern of suffering in your life related to this same block? Have new blocks created new forms of suffering?
  4. Can you remember an incident or event when you first became conscious of this block?

Write down 3 actions steps to bust through limiting blocks:

Sutra 2: Understand through compassion or you will misunderstand the times.

  1. Can you have compassion for yourself in relationship to prior choice making?
  2. Were there any moments when someone was compassionate to you and it deeply moved you?
  3. Reading through the list of current events, spend a moment to send light and love the victims of tragedy.
  4. Do you have words of advice for them or can you help them understand how their death has shifted the consciousness of the planet?
  5. Reading through the list of current events, spend a moment to send light and love to the perpetrators of tragedy.
  6. Can you offer them compassion?
  7. As it relates your life overall, can you find compassion and understanding and the lesson or “the why” something happened. What did you learn? 

Sutra 3: When the time is on you, start, and the pressure will be off.

  1. What have you started that you have not finished?
  2. What did you start and need to finish?
  3. What do you desire to start?
  4. As it relates to your life, what are you the most proud to have accomplished?
  5. As it relates to your life, what do you never seem to finish or succeed at?

Write down 3 action steps to begin tomorrow:

Sutra 4: Vibrate the Cosmos and the Cosmos shall clear the path.

  1. When do you relax into your moments?
  2. What has been your best month and why?
  3. What has been the most fun and why?
  4. Is there a pattern? Did chaos in your mind contribute to chaos in your life? Did peace contribute to peace?
  5. Are you established in Meditation?

Sutra 5:  Recognize the other person is you.

  1. Who challenges you the most?
  2. What relationship is the most trouble for you or the most pleasure. Why?
  3. How do you contribute to the demise or the suffering in the relationship?
  4. What is the lesson in this relationship for you? 

 Habits to allow you to Vibrate with the Cosmos:

Spend time in Contemplation as to WHY the events in your life have happened. What have you learned? How have you changed? Can you cultivate peace and the ability to be grateful for the suffering as gifts?  Meditation is essential for quality of life during this shift.  Please take care of your body and follow a nice routine.  If you need help, I can help you.
