It isn’t easy being Green Juice

All things green work in this lovely juice. This is especially cooling for the Pitta dosha that overheats and causes acid indigestion, heartburn, and upset belly. If you are suffering from any of these situations, consider experiencing The Elemental Cleanse or The Elemental Lifestyle. Participants have reversed the effects of acid indigestion.

  • Cucumber (1)
  • Parsley (some)
  • Spinach (1 cup)
  • Kale (1 cup)
  • Celery (1 stock)
  • Lemon (1/2)
  • Ginger (to taste)

 

Throw this in the juicer and LOVE LIFE. If you want to thicken this up a bit, you can blend (not juice) an avocado and a little bit of coconut oil.
