This recipe comes to us from Paula Neiheisel, yogini.  It is a traditional family recipe.

In a blender, grind together

  • 4 Tablespoons unsalted almonds
  • 2 Tablespoons unsalted sunflower seeds
  • 2 Tablespoons sesame seed
  • 2 Tablespoons ground flaxseed

Then add

  • 16 ounces organic vanilla yogurt
  • 1 10 oz. bag frozen mixed berries or fresh berries
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1-Tablespoon Honey.

Blend it all together and enjoy.
