Yogis, Here is the schedule as of July 1. We have streamlined our process so you can now just show up for classes and you do not have to pre-register with Zoom. You can schedule through the our app and the links are always available on the schedule and here!
Many of our classes are LIVE as well as on zoom. If you prefer a 60 minute class, please note that we save meditation and shavasana for the end so you can always stop at 55 minutes, enjoy a 5 minute shavasana and go about your day.
All of our memberships are valid on Zoom. If you only want to zoom, we suggest 7 days for $25 to begin. PURCHASE OPTIONS
