Terms & Conditions:
- Only 15 and older may practice in person at the studio.
- I understand I must pre-pay and pre-register.
- Walks in are highly discouraged. If you do walk in you may find the class is full. If you do walk in, plan to pay $20 cash by placing it in the basket and do not hand to the teacher or ask for change.
- I may register 2 hours prior to class and up to 7 days prior to class.
- If I have a membership, it is charged on purchase and then on or around that same day each month.
- If I do not cancel a class I am registered for or “no show” I will be charged $5.00
- All memberships automatically renew and it is up to me to log into my account and turn off this functionality. Or email info@elementalom.com within 3 days of my final day of membership requesting cancellation.
- I understand if there is a forced shut down, my membership will be paused within 3 days.
- I understand there will be no refunds in the event of a forced shut down. I appreciate Elemental OM will do everything in its power to re-open timely and service the remainder of my membership.
