Practice Acceptance and stop struggling for change.  “Today I will accept people, situations, circumstances, and events as they occur.”

Take responsibility for the challenges which face you.

Establish yourself in defenselessness.  Don’t waste energy defending your point of view.  Accept the view of others and move on.

OM Work

Think of one person or situation that constantly challenges you.  Ask yourself how accepting and not resisting this situation or person will bring positive energy into your life. Now give into it.

Practice 2 rounds of sun salutations each day.

Before bed each nice, place a glass of water on your nightstand.  In the morning, drink the room temperature water before you get out of bed.
