  • 2 cups of steel cut oats
  • ½ cup raw pecans
  • ¾ small jar almond butter
  • Organic honey
  • ½ cup Goji Berries

 

PUT OATS IN A FOOD PROCESSOR AND BLEND UNTIL “POWDER”

ADD raw pecans

BLEND THESE ITEMS BRIEFLY…. YOU WANT SOME CHUNKS

ADD:  3/4 Small Jar of Raw Almond Butter (I recommend Mara Nantha brand)

BLEND UNTIL SMOOTH

ADD:  Raw Organic Honey.  Start with a little and add as needed.  You want a consistency that you can shape into balls…. not too dry.  You may have to play around with this to get the right consistency.

BLEND IN FOOD PROCESSOR

ADD: 1/2 Cup GOJI BERRIES and mix with your hand or a scraper.  Then, form into balls and store in a container in the fridge.
