Ingredients:
1/2 to 3/4 c. Bulgher Wheat
8-10 chopped green onions
2 lg. Tomatoes
2 t. salt
1/4 t. black pepper
5 c. chopped parsley
1/2 c. or more chopped mint
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/4 c. olive oil
tobasco sauce (optional)

Pour boiling water over the bulgher wheat to cover and allow it to soak the fridge for one hour.  Add all the remaining ingredients to the wheat and chill.  The longer it sits the better it will taste.
