• 1 pound of lentils
  • 2 cans organic crushed tomatoes
  • 1 organic white onion
  • 1 packet of Gold Star Chili Spice

Rinse the lentils under running water until water runs clear.  Lentils cook quickly so there is no need to soak.  Place the lentils in a pot and cover with water.  Bring to a boil and then reduce to a simmer.  Cover and cook until soft.  Add 2 cans of crushed tomatoes, 1 finely chopped onion and the Packet of Gold Star Chili spice…enjoy!

  • Cilantro
  • Kidney Beans
  • Black Beans
  • Extra Cayenne Pepper
  • Cumin
  • Colorful Peppers
  • Diced Potatoes
