About Sevika

I’m Sevika (Kathleen Radecki), and House of Bliss is my heart’s work. My journey began with a longing for deeper presence and healing, and over the years, yoga and somatic practice have become a way of coming home to myself. Here, I guide others—especially women—into gentle movement, mindful awareness, and authentic connection, so you can rediscover your own sense of belonging and wholeness.

Who is Sevika?

I’m Sevika (pronounced seh-VEE-kah, also known as Kathleen Radecki), owner and lead teacher at House of Bliss Yoga.

Yoga first found me during a season of change, offering a quiet place to breathe, listen, and begin again. My Sanskrit name, meaning “one who serves,” was given to me in 2004 during my first yoga teacher training in Laguna Bacalar, Mexico—a journey that satisfied both my passion for travel and my search for grounding as an anxious young adult.

Since then, my path has woven together over a thousand hours of study in yoga, somatic education, meditation, Ayurveda, and trauma-aware practice. I’ve traveled to India twice—first to discover the power of my voice through kirtan, and later to immerse myself in Tantra and sacred goddess traditions, deepening my connection to Saraswati, my Ishta Devata.

I’m also a certified Somatic Educator for Women, a devotional musician, and a devoted cat mom. My friends describe me as both grounded and adventurous—a spiritual seeker who also loves laughter, music, and quiet moments at home.

My intention as a teacher is simple:
to offer practices that feel accessible, nourishing, and deeply human—supporting you in finding balance, resilience, and a sense of belonging in your own body.

Welcome to House of Bliss Yoga

House of Bliss Yoga is more than a studio—it’s a sanctuary for restoration, reflection, and genuine community. Nestled in Mason’s historic district, this space is designed for gentle yoga, somatic education, and spiritual nourishment.

Yoga has been my anchor through seasons of change, creative awakening, and deep personal growth. Each practice has taught me to listen deeply and honor the wisdom of the body. Here, I offer classes and gatherings to help you move gently, breathe deeply, and reconnect with your own sense of wholeness.

While many offerings are crafted especially for women, everyone is welcome in our community and in classes open to all. If you are seeking mindful movement, somatic practices, and a supportive environment, you belong here.

Whether you’re new to yoga or returning after time away, House of Bliss is a place to begin—or begin again. Come as you are. You are welcome here.

Come as you are. You are welcome here.
