Thank you to all who attended the Neck & Back Pain workshop with Lilith.  As promised, here is a download of the yoga sequence as well as a link to the video of the class.  We are working hard to put a series on the schedule for you to learn to better manage your pain.

Please know that neck and back pain causes a Vata disturbance.  I’m including the routine for lifestyle and for food to faciliates healing.  Neem is a powerful herb that helps with inflammation and can help to decrease your pain.  It is also an adaptogen so it works on stress as well.
