I don’t know what changed. Credit a full super moon as we like to do and that’s fine with me. Today and I’m hoping forever more, let there be sweetness. It is a time for the heavy, dense, and sticky taste and feeling of sweetness. Nothing can instantly ground you, nourish you, and comfort you. Let sweetness overflow now and forever. Be sweet. Pause a little longer in your hugs. Seek more hugs. Stop what you are doing and just listen. Just listen. Even when you are alone, just listen. Accept everything and everyone. Know when they hurt you they are coming from such a terrible place in their own heart. Soothe the betrayal and hurt of your heart with sugar sticky and sweet. The sugar called meditation, prayer, contemplation, and ultimately forgiveness. Forgive all and forgive them hard. When you are frustrated reach out with those arms and pull the one you are frustrated with close to you. Shower them in sweetness knowing their frustration is your frustration, their fear is your fear, their anxiety is your anxiety.
Catch a glimpse. Read between the lines. Pour and ooze your healing energy into all beings as you see the facades drop and the true face and level of consciousness revealed. See through the eyes of compassion. Help where you can. Witness if you can’t. Acknowledge.
Don’t go backwards. Move forward like a yogi drawing inspiration from Arjuna and Krishna. Don’t buy in. Ground yourself in the sweet teachings of the true teachers; Vivekananda, Yogananda, Ramakrishna and our other avatars if you like….Jesus, Mohammad, Buddha. Trust only the way they lived as your teachings.
Be sweet to yourself. It’s okay to stay in bed and cry all day. It’s okay to binge on Netflix. It’s okay to eat too much. It’s okay to sign up for every course offered online and not show up for any of them. It’s okay to forget things…to drop things…to be confused. It’s okay to isolate, to shut down, to not be able to communicate. It’s okay to throw a dish against the wall. It’s okay to have a temper tantrum. It’s okay to feel the world is against you. It’s okay to be overwhelmed with frustration at the inequality, the brutal oppression, and the nastiest feeling of being left behind…left out. It’s okay. Don’t stay there.
Just be sweet. There is warrior birthing inside of you. Shower it with sweetness. Let it grow and evolve in a way your own children weren’t even allowed. Stare in the mirro into the windows of your own soul and tell yourself…”I can do this”…..”I was born for this”….”I chose this”. And if you cry, be sweet to yourself.
