Jogging vs. Yoga.

Why not just go for a jog?  When jogging you get your heart rate up and sweat.  You burn about 500 calories in a 45 minute job.  In a typical hatha yoga class you only burn 150 calories.  Sweat?  Well, in yoga the Sutras of Patanjali explain when you have lost control of your heart, your breath, or if there is sweat on your forehead you are not practicing yoga.  Interesting.
