“Every human has to have his armor, the radiant body, shining.”  ~ Yogi Bhajan

Thank GOD in heaven above that we are going to do this meditation Tuesday night.  It’s exactly what this grumpy yogi needs.  Why so grumpy?  Well, everyone is driving me crazy (read I’m driving me crazy).  When you practice Kundalini meditations, your sensitivity is opened up and the delighted mind becomes hyperaware of the myriad of choices for creation.  With a dull radiant body (mine is the color of tar today) conflicts, hassles, and impulsiveness pervades.

Your radiant body is your tenth body that expands nine feet around you. The idea is that prana s channeled through the crown chakra and buzzes up and down the spine.  It builds up speed and then explodes through the radiant body.  Polishing your radiant body which goes everywhere refines your sensitivity.  You end up relying more on this radiance and less on your own muscle.  Conflicts with others and with self diminish.  Gurucharan says, “Just one word spoken with our Radiant Body will uplift a heart and open doors.  Our communication becomes sophisticated, appropriate and directly effective.

That sounds delicious.  The purpose of polishing your radiant body is to make you happy.  “It is to be powerfully human, our potential fulfilled, and to be able to attract what we need to succeed, grow, and be happy.”  When your radiant body is in good shape, all things come to you like moths to the flame.  No effort.  No work.  No manipulation.  Just sit back and let your light shine.

The mantra used for polishing the radiant body is the Ik Acharee Chand Shabad.  You can mentally chant it at any time when you feel like you are being attacked on some level.  It protects you…video below:
