The red blood cells coursing through your veins have a life span of 120 days. These cells represent every particle of food, every sip of fluid, every emotion, and every exchange that you have taken in for the past 120 days through your senses. Every beat of your heart has stamped the experiences of the last 120 days into your consciousness.
Continue to do what you have always done and your consciousness cannot expand. You cannot grow. You cannot change. You become stagnant, bored, and predictable.
Changing your consciousness begins by inviting in new ideas, beliefs, and practices. Changing your consciousness is beyond addressing the food and drink your take. It is beyond moving the physical body. Changing your consciousness is a commitment you make to self and to spirit.
Quickly changing your consciousness takes disciplined focus, intent, and group support. The quickest path is that of meditation. Please join me as we begin this Tuesday, June 11th at 8 pm in the Montgomery studio to change our consciousness over the course of 120+ days utilizing the tools and techniques as outlined in Dr. Gurucharan Singh Khalsa’s book, “The 21 Stages of Meditation.”
