I am so excited about this experience.  I finally feel like this is the workshop that totally BRINGS IT!!!  This workshop gives me the opportunity to combine ALL of my education in yoga, Kundalini, Ayurveda, and more into one dynamic shape-shifting experience. Each week focuses on an issue that is “up” for contemporary woman. Here’s how we will flow.

  • Each week you will experience a targeted Kundalini yoga practice, meditation, and other modality to elicit an effect.  You will receive your book on the first night of class and materials to empower you to practice at home and for life.
  • You will be offered routines including lifestyle and nutrition to follow. The routines build over the course of the 5 week program in such a fashion that you can easily make the lifestyle modifications and choices to implement. You will receive recipes and guidance as we gently embrace a yogic lifestyle, Ayurvedic principles, and some Kundalini tricks of the trade. You may choose to experience an energy cleanse during the program or simply embrace what you are ready for! 
  • Of course will have group sharing, discussion, and community…seriously…a room of amazing woman to share your journey with.  I can’t wait.

Week 2, Sensitivity

Sen-si-tiv-i-ty:  the ability to respond to subtle influences.

Get quiet, amp up our pyschic nature, eating to connect spiritually.

Week 3, Radiance

Ra-di-ance:  great joy, love, or brilliance apparent in a person’s bearing.

Making the skin glow & the woman beautiful from the inside out, eating for skin health.

Week 4, Sexuality

Sex-u-al-i-ty:  the capacity for feelings & activities connected with intimate contact between individuals.

Conscious communication, intending for your relationship, moving “formations.”, eating to nourish the reproductive system.

Week 5, Fearlessness

Fear-less-ness:  Fealing NO fear.

Have no fear!  Showing up in your life as a leader. Eating for longevity.
