lassiLassi is a yogurt drink that is to be used as a meal replacement. Various yogurts, juices and spices can be used to create this delicious drink that is simply a blend of yogurt to liquid.

To prepare Lassi you’ll need:

  • Organic plain yogurt or kefir
  • Water or fruit juice
  • Ginger
  • Organic salt
  • Cumin
  • Cilantro
  • Rosehips

Blend 40% yogurt and 60% water. Add spices as desired, ginger, salt, cumin, cilantro, and rosehips. You may consider using fruit juices such as mango instead of water. Play with the spices for balance of your Element.
