Ginger supports healthy digestion and weight loss and is an integral part of the Elemental Cleanse.
How to Use: Take a small amount 15 minutes or so prior to eating each meal. The ginger will act as a stimulant for your digestion. You may also place a small amount in hot water for a refreshing ginger tea.
To prepare Ginger you’ll need:
- Fresh ginger
- Fresh lemon or lime juice
- Organic or sea salt
Peel the ginger and then finely grate or slice the ginger into an airtight container. Add organic or sea salt to taste and cover with lemon or lime juice. Place sealed in the refrigerator and gently shake the mixture once a day for three days. The marinated ginger will keep in the refrigerator for up to three weeks.
