Ingredients:
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1 cup Couscous
- 1 banana, sliced
- Cinnamon and Nutmeg to taste
- Honey or maple syrup to taste
Heat water & orange juice until almost boiling in a small saucepan. Add couscous, cover and turn off heat.
Allow sitting for 5 – 10 minutes
Add in sliced bananas and sprinkle with a bit of cinnamon and nutmeg. Add drizzle of honey or maple syrup.
