This is a reading of a chart of a native (astrology lingo for person) caught up in lies and deception:
So…let’s break it down. I like to start with the big planets because they reveal the psychological changes a person is going through and are long lasting energy.
PLUTO TRANSITING 2nd
In February of 2014 Pluto entered the 2nd house of the native. 2nd house is money and what you value. The native would have been 38 at the time. It will stay in the 2nd house until 2036. This affects the value system and the finances of an individual. Pluto transforms or destroys the house it transits. Pluto is in Capricorn challenging the person to “grow up” and also dismantling or transforming the structures of the house both in the material world and in the psychological world. This transit into the 2nd house usually starts with a major break down and circumstances beyond your control create changes. For example, your house or family may require a lot of money to fix or help. Once the breakdown is over, the regeneration begins. In November of 2024 Pluto will switch signs into Aquarius and that should bring the regeneration to life and positively impact the person’s value system. BUT between 2014 and 2024 this person could be feeling quite financially shaky.
SATURN TRANSITING 2nd
In January of 2019 Saturn entered the 2nd house as well. This would have layered an intensity to what the person was also experiencing in the 2nd house because of Pluto as noted above. Saturn is hard work. It wants you to put your head down and get to work. Saturn challenges the person to figure out who they are and what they value. So, it is about your MORAL value. This can be a time of significant financial loss and even poverty, but only if your material wealth is getting in the way of your spiritual growth. The person will put on a good show of everything is going okay, but feel super insecure about money. Always remember you material possessions reflect what you value on the psychological level.
Saturn was also opposed the natal Saturn. The native is always cautioned to look at what happened in their life 14 years ago. For this person it would have been 2006ish. These choices and the choices of just 7 years ago are going to go through a trial phase. If you didn’t get it together then, things are going to go poorly now. Old failing will come back to haunt you. You may also be at the peek of your success and realize you will not reach your life’s goals. You can become desperate with this transit as you try to leave the old thing behind and start something new like a career. If things are going well, this is a peak period for you.
2020 IMPLOSION (also when the deception and theft happened)
It is worth noting Pluto, Saturn, and Jupiter which brought the chaos we all experienced in 2020 was int his person’s 2nd house causing the same chaos. Further, this energy was squaring the person’s moon in their 5th house of children and squaring Uranus in the 11th house of groups and organizations. This would have introduced conflict with children and wildly changed the groups and organizations the person was affiliated with. It was not a good time to make choices and mental chaos was rampant. It’s worth noting Uranus (sudden, nervous system, chaos) was conjunct the native’s natal moon beginning in 2/2019 and applied throughout 2020). The natal moon already at a critical degree of 29 so overly activated in the native anyway was out of balance the entire time. Uranus conjunct moon is EMOTIONAL TURMOIL. It brings events with women, emotional irrationality, impulsiveness and affects the home in a big way. Relationships with daughters, sisters and mothers are challenged. So, the native was mostly irrational at the time.
Uranus went on to oppose the native Uranus which was is in the 11th house of groups. This is truly one of the most important transits of anyone’s life. If you are over the age of 40 you are aware of the middle age crisis. Most natives will challenge the choices they have made in life and be concerned they are not where they need to be. Jobs, marriages and friendships may suddenly end. It doesn’t have to be this way if you have done the work correctly. This is a shift where you are finishing up with the outer world and starting to do the inner world work.
NATAL NEPTUNE CONJUNCT ASCENDENT
Neptune creates confusion ad is deception. This native has Neptune conjunct their ascendant (how they are showing up in the world). This does create a person who is soft and caring with many positive qualities. However, there is a tendency for the native to deceive others and take advantage of others. This person can be quite manipulative. the native’s Neptune is not comfortable because it is in a “me” sign of Sagittarius and is also in retrograde. This does create a person fanatical about finding the “one” truth and may convince themselves that their truth is the only truth. They could certainly justify to themselves any deceptions and become “bullyish.” Of course there are positives as well, but we are focusing on why a person would steal or lie.
PROGRESSION
Progressions are a way for predicting the future. At the time of the deception the progressed moon of the native was conjunct the ascendent and moving to that Nepturn. Also interesting is the approach of progressed Venus to the natal Uranus in the house of groups and organizations and opposing the natal moon. This indicates a lot of struggles. Also the progressed sun is coming to the natives Pluto in the 10th house of career so there will be a karmic reckoning in the next 3 years to clear as that aspect wants the native to transform or be destroyed in the house of career as well. This could be a big boon to the person if they handle their karma correctly and get the natal Neptune under control.
DESTINY?
So the question is was the native destined to behave in the manner they did. No. The energies upon you at any time are just energies. You decide how to navigate the energies. A person filled with emotional turmoil has many outlets for stabilizing their mind. A person transitioning in a career and financially unstable also has many choices as to how they deal with that. Astrology is part of the occult and the foundation for the occult is goodwill. Always have your foundation be goodwill. This native would probably be in a much better position having made different choices as we are all coming back together now in support of each other. This person, however, disrupted their groups and organizations and have laid groundwork for the next 7 years. Ultimately the deception is a result of Emotional instability and too much pressure.
