Yogis,

Super quick update from Wanderlust Aspen/Snowmass day 1!  It’s been a crazy busy day of getting acclimated, (Literally…I’m at over 8,000 feet and headed up to 12,000 tonight for a big party).  I LOVE IT HERE.  There is nothing better than a yoga festival.  The food is awesome, the people are happy and kind, and the practices are out of control.  Today I practiced with Sean Corn and 300 other people.  She spoke of the transformative power of yoga and took us through an extremely difficult practice.  I found myself skipping some things and resting in down dog a bit.  The altitude doesn’t help, but I’m sure I would have struggled a bit regardless.  Wanderlust 2014

It really motivated me to look more into my own physical being.  I’ve been down that path of sitting in meditation as my primary vs. moving the body and the message is for me to come back to the body especially at the age of 45 and menopausal.

Today I presented the Yogic Lifestyle to an amazing group of yogis.  I’m struck by the deep craving for connection and transformation that people have.  They already love yoga or they wouldn’t be here and now they just want a little bit more.  I hope I was helpful giving them general routines and guidelines.  I’ve uploaded by presentation to Slideshare if you want a routine for yourself.  Slideshare>>  (also below)

Tonight I’m off to a big party for presenters and am so excited to meet the other teachers here.  There are so many that I admire and have learned from. After that is a HUGE party with MC yogi on the hill. Heaven….

Missing all of you.

OM, Pamela

btw…caught a 20 inch rainbow trout yesterday fly fishing…that’s a whole new meditation practice you gotta try!  Talk about focus.
