I’m finally settling in after an exceptional experience of the Telluride Yoga Festival. I was honored to present my Elemental Lifestyle series there this past weekend. The Festival is truly one of the best I have been to because of the location, the people, and of course the other presenters including Tias Little, Duncan Wong, Karl Straub, Beryl Bender Birch, Aadil Palkhivala.
As promised to the participants of my workshops, I am including pdf downloads and a self assessment checklist to keep you on track as you embrace your new lifestyle. Just take your quizzes, determine your mind, determine your body, and determine your state of balance. We always embrace the routine for food and for life that will bring us back to balance. Then we can start living our dosha. Pick the food that works for the body and the routine that works for the mind. Live that way for 28 days or so and then start fine-tuning to meet your personal needs. Consider this an opportunity to get to yourself.
I highly recommend my ecourse, The Elemental Cleanse, as an effective means by which to not just cleanse on a physical, emotional, and spiritual level, but to also immerse yourself in the rich traditions of Ayurveda. The course is just $169. Learn More>>>
Thank you to all that attended my classes. It was really nice to have such an exceptional turn out. I hope to see you again next year. Om, Pamela
