I’m a Vata/Pitta, but in the summertime, I am all Pitta. It makes me grumpy and irritable. I use cool food, drinks, and treats to keep me calm and happy. Om, Pamela
- Cold Almond Milk (or hazelnut)
- Ice (1 cup)
- Frozen Bananas
- Frozen fruit (your pick…. cherries, raspberries, blackberries)
- Fresh ginger (1 teaspoon)
- Cinnamon, nutmeg to taste
Throw all of this in a blender or food processor and let her rip!!! Yummy treat to soothe your Pitta (fire).
